Our leadership and talent development programmes support employees in building the skills, experience, and perspective needed to grow within a global organisation. We create opportunities for learning, collaboration, and exposure across functions and regions.
One of these programmes is Growing Exceptional Minds (GEM), a global initiative that brings together selected employees from across the business. Through a structured development journey, participants strengthen their capabilities in leadership, strategy, and future-focused skills.
Delivered in partnership with KU Leuven, the programme combines learning with practical application and mentoring, supporting long-term development.

Apprenticeships
We believe in investing in the next generation of skilled talent. As an apprentice, you will gain invaluable knowledge and skills to help you reach your full potential. Graduates
Our graduate programme is an immersive 16-month scheme. Before moving into a permanent role, you will be exposed to different aspects of the Sibelco business via two 8-month projects in our Commercial, Operations, Finance and/or Technology & Innovation functions.
