What to expect from a recruitment process at Sibelco?

If your profile shows it can add value to the team we are recruiting for you will be contacted by a member of our HR team. Interviews at Sibelco focus on competencies so you will be asked questions aiming to understand your behaviour in real and specific situations to understand how you dealt with challenges in the past.

For positions at a manager level or above you will also be asked:

    • To complete an online psychometric assessment
    • Participate in a second interview in a panel format. An organisational challenge will be presented to you in advance, and you will be asked to prepare a solution proposal to bring to the interview.
