Mr. Njike joined Sibelco from Tacora Resources where he acted as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer.
Mr Njike holds a Master’s degree in industrial engineering from the university of Manchester(UK), a first PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Ecole de Technologie Superieure de Montreal, a second PhD in Mineral Economics from McGill University (Canada), an Executive MBA, and a certificate in executive leadership program from IMD. In the past years, he has gained experience in integrated Operations, Asset Management, Business Transformation & Operations Excellence. Achille has a broad international experience, working in multiple countries and environments, and is a highly collaborative leader. He has a track record in process improvement and extensive knowledge on how to manage complex assets.
