To meet this need, we have created an eCommerce site that provides a seamless and user-friendly experience for all our customers, allowing them to access both the
seamlessly.
At
customers can browse our product catalogue and obtain specific product information 24/7. They can access their order and invoice history, create new delivery addresses, check the status of their previous orders and easily re-order their preferred products, enabling them to be more independent and responsive to market needs.
Since its launch, the site has seen rapid adoption, growing from 1 to 13 European countries in 2 years.
By listening to our customers, we have introduced new features to constantly adapt to their needs.
Our aim is to make it easier than ever for them to order from us.
This digital transformation is showing promising results. In 2024, we processed over 3,000 online orders, and in Q1 2025 alone, more than 5,000. Today, more than 1500 customers are actively purchasing through our eCommerce site.
