Mr Jadot is currently Chairman of the Board and Member of the Governance and Nomination Committee at BNP Paribas Fortis. He led the Bank as CEO from 2011 to 2022. He began his banking career with a series of senior managerial posts at Générale de Banque and Fortis Bank (now BNP Paribas Fortis). In 2009, he became member of the Executive Committee, heading the Corporate and Public Banking division. He has been a member of BNP Paribas Fortis’s Executive Committee since 2009.
Mr. Jadot sat on the board of steel wire transformation and coating technology specialists, Bekaert between 1994 and 2019. He holds a BA degree in law from the Facultés Univeritaires Saint-Louis in Brussels, a master’s in law from the Catholic University of Leuven, and a master’s in comparative law from the University of Georgetown, Washington.
