Sibelco today announces that, in connection with a proposed financing to be raised by an affiliate of Sibelco and guaranteed by Sibelco, it is disclosing unaudited pro forma consolidated financial information for the years ended 31 December 2021, 31 December 2020 and 31 December 2019 to shareholders of Sibelco.

As a result of these disclosures, Sibelco has opted to publish the

Activity Report

and the

Financial & Governance Report 2021

today instead of the previously announced date of 1 April.

Sibelco has been assigned a 'BBB-' preliminary issuer credit rating by Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings.
