2014 European Graduate Program

What do we offer?

We offer best in class master graduates from European universities graduating in 2014 a management trainee working experience of two years in various functional disciplines, e.g. finance, operations, marketing & sales, etc. and also in different countries to engage them for a management position in a challenging and exciting business with many perspectives.

Sibelco wants to attract high calibre master graduates with different educational backgrounds.

In the two year period the management trainees will gain management experience through three jobs in different functional disciplines located in different European countries.

At the end of the 2-year program, in dialogue with the management trainee, we will assess together in which function and also in which location his/her career should continue within the Sibelco company.

Selection procedure

We invite interested students to apply as soon as possible and to send their CV and motivation letter to Sibelco NV in Belgium before 25th April 2014 (contact: Katrin Jaubin – Plantin Moretuslei 1A, B-2018 Antwerp, Belgium – katrin.jaubin@sibelco.com).

Firstly, the selected candidates will be invited for an online test and telephone interview. Secondly, the 15 best candidates will be invited for a 2 day assessment in Belgium on the 12th and 13th May. Selection criteria include: motivation for the assignment, full mobility to relocate to any country in Europe, flexibility to work in any functional discipline, fluency in English, excellent study results, high emotional intelligence, etc. Candidates selected to join the Sibelco program will receive a job offer shortly after the decision is taken. It is the intent of the company to hire between 5 and 10 management trainees in 2014 who will start in September/October.
