Customers are at the centre of everything we do. Our goal is to provide our customers with material solutions through an intimate knowledge of their processes and markets. We seek to anticipate their current and future needs and strive to exceed their expectations.

We measure our customers’ satisfaction through an annual customer survey. Our goal over the period 2020-2025 is to improve on our 2019 net promoter score by an average of 5% per year.
