Mr. Walter Emsens specializes in the security and surveillance sector. He currently is sole Board member of Finsecure SRL and Board Member at ESA Security-Electric Systems SRL. Until 2017, he has held director positions in VAG Security Systems as well as in several other Belgian companies active in the security business. He has also held Board mandates at Etex Group and Eternit. Mr. Walter Emsens was elected member of the Sibelco Board in 2005 and is appointed member of the Remuneration Committee. He holds a degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences from the Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Brussels.
