Graduate Programme

Sibelco’s Graduate Programme is the launch pad for talented graduates to join our business. Our unique and immersive program starts with an 18 month placement within the functions of Commercial, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Technology & Innovation, where graduates are exposed to the inner workings of our global organisation by partnering with our business leaders to work on projects which promote continuous improvement and our ambition for growth. Participants also have the opportunity to discover their own interests and progress towards the business area aligned to their career ambitions.
